We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

To qualify for a refund under our 30-day guarantee:
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date
- You must not have completed more than 25% of the course content
- You must not have downloaded or accessed more than 25% of course materials
- You must not have received a certificate of completion
- The course must have been purchased directly from landscapedesigncourses.org (not through third-party platforms)
- You must not have previously requested a refund for the same course
Important: The 30-day period begins on the date of purchase, not the date of first access to the course.
2. How to Request a Refund
2.1 Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Name of the course(s) for which you're requesting a refund

2.2 Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
3. Exceptions to Refund Policy
3.1 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- After 30 Days: Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase
- Course Completion: If you have completed more than 25% of the course content
- Certificate Issued: If a certificate of completion has been issued

- Bundle Purchases: Individual courses within a bundle or certification package cannot be refunded separately (see Section 4)

- Repeated Refunds: Multiple refund requests for the same course or pattern of refund abuse

4. Bundle and Certification Package Refunds
4.1 Complete Package Refunds
For bundle purchases (such as our Complete Landscape Design Certification):
- You may request a refund for the entire package within 30 days of purchase
- The same eligibility requirements apply (no more than 25% completion of any course in the bundle)
- Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available
- If you wish to keep some courses and refund others, you must purchase courses individually rather than as a bundle
4.2 Promotional Pricing
If you purchased a bundle or course at a promotional price:
- Refunds will be issued for the amount actually paid, not the full retail price
- Promotional discounts and special offers are applied at the time of purchase and cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases
5. Course Updates and Changes
5.1 Content Updates
We regularly update course content to ensure accuracy and relevance. These updates are provided to all students at no additional charge and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
5.2 Course Discontinuation
In the rare event that we discontinue a course:
- Students who purchased the course will retain access to all existing materials
- We will provide reasonable notice before discontinuing any course
- Alternative courses or comparable content may be offered as a replacement
- Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for recently purchased courses
6. Account Termination and Access
6.1 Voluntary Account Closure
If you choose to close your account:
- You will lose access to all purchased courses
- Refunds for courses purchased more than 30 days prior will not be issued
- Recent purchases within the 30-day window may be eligible for refund if eligibility criteria are met
6.2 Involuntary Account Termination
If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms and Conditions:
- No refunds will be issued for any purchases
- You will immediately lose access to all course materials
- Outstanding payments remain due and payable
7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution:

9. Partial Refunds and Credits
9.1 Course Credits
In certain situations, we may offer course credits instead of refunds:
- Credits can be applied toward future course purchases
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
- Credits cannot be combined with certain promotional offers
9.2 Partial Access Refunds

10. International Purchases
10.1 Currency Conversion
